In a busy urban area there is a gap between two buildings, less than 4,2 m (14 ft) wide. The only sunlight is coming from the front. Can you still build a house there?
Of course you can, people do it all the time. The trick is to configure the living space vertically (stack the rooms on top of each other) while preserving an open-plan house with lots of natural light, and thus ensuring some private space for the members of a family of three.
These are just some of my ideas how to do it. Everything layered and fully furnished, minimalistic interior design, as always made by yours truly. ツ
