Model of the rezoning proposal for the Joyce Collingwood neighborood in Vancouver BC. (see the city <a href="http://vancouver.ca/home-property-development/joyce-collingwood-station-precinct-review.aspx">consultation page</a> for further details on the option 3 here modelled) Development application materials, available on the city website, are used to model the different proposed building forms. *the 29 storeys is the model of the proposed <a href="http://former.vancouver.ca/commsvcs/planning/rezoning/applications/5050-5080joyce/index.htm"> 5050-5080 Joyce Street tower</a>. (see individual model <a href="https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model.html?id=ue12cc376-7c12-4083-b23e-49bdfe34cf3f">here</a>) all other towers and commercial buildings are derived of it, with more or less storeys, but same floor plate. * the 6 storey buildings are modelled from <a href="http://former.vancouver.ca/commsvcs/planning/rezoning/applications/5355-5387cambiest/index.htm">5355-5387 Cambie Street</a> - 4 storey buildings are derived of it (2 top floors chopped out) * the towhouses are modelled from <a href="http://former.vancouver.ca/commsvcs/developmentservices/devapps/pc5085chambers/index.htm"> 5085 Chambers Street - DE419249</a> (notice that the rezoning scheme suggests 2 rows of townhouse on a standard sized lot) You would like use this model in conjuncion with the upcoming <a href="https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model.html?id=ua83418fe-772f-46fc-a0da-927108964495">Wall Centre Central Park model</a> (you can also use the <a href="https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model.html?id=u6f474cae-aee6-4c40-a34f-780c708cf12d">skytrain station model</a>) #Collingwood #Joyce #Vancouver
