With the world's resources at stake from resource-hungry war-machine-buliding nations, the United Nations devised a Naval plan to diminish the ability of enemy warships and convoys to attack and transfer resource depots and resources respectively. This new plan (not real), named Operation: Typoon Storm included nations such as the all mighty US, the British, the Japanese and for the first time Australia.
After two years of development the team came up with a new class, the Admiral Class Modern Battleships.
Features of this class:
For the first time in the 21st century big guns were once again fitted onto a massive ship, the battleship has been reborn. This time its guns are controlled by humans receiving accurate and ever updating data from radar and computers. This allowed sharpshooter accuracy. It is also fitted with four quad CIWS gun mounts, six twin CIWS gun mounts and four 40mm single and two 20mm gun mounts. Also fitted is a missile grid which houses ASROC and ESSM missiles for close encounters, however the main guns are this time the main arms. At the rear it was fitted with a hanger for a Seahawk and one helicopter landed.
Service: In 2021, an unknown fleet was encountered rushing into the Pacific, towards the Dutch oil fields. Admiral and four cruisers, two carriers and another two destroyers rushed to intercept.
The Admiral encountered two enemy ultra-heavy cruisers
(similar to a heavy cruiser) and multiple submarines and destroyers and cruisers, but her main guns reigned supreme.
Here is a model of this ship, thanks to the ones who made the water and hull!
