Suburban Montreal (West Island) House

Suburban Montreal (West Island) House

Bill Wrigley
A typical Pierrefonds (Montreal), Quebec residence as it looked in the mid-60s. It was part of the first developments on Montreal's West Island, named Sainte-Genevieve Gardens. Situated between the Greendale and Thorndale neighborhoods, the area is accessed from Boul. Gouin O (west) and Pierrefonds Boulevard near the village of Sainte-Geneviève to the North, and Boul St-Jean to the East. The author of this model and his family were the first occupants, residing until April, 1973. This model is almost completed, with a few additions to go. I just thought I'd upload it now. Address: 4430 Rue Pine, Montreal (Pierrefonds) QC, Canada Constructed: 1958 Dimensions: 25' X 40' / 1000 sq. ft.
