Here is a real chestahedron, that is, one made up of three regular "kites" and four equilateral triangles. In this model, all triangles and kites have the same surface area. This is unlike the models shown on Frank Chester's video which shows a much simplified figure which does not have faces of equal area. If you try to make a model based on the drawings in Wikipedia or the patterns offered on Frank's website, you will not end up with a geometric solid with equal area faces. #chestahedron #geometric_solid #platonic_solids
