2016 Cobalt Theta/Drachma 2.4

Aliff Ramly
The 2016 Theta was meant to show how Cobalt has evolved through the years of manufacturing, as the car showcases an all new dynamic facelift including the all new IR-Tec 2.4 liter. The IR-Tec FGC32 produces 172HP, with more than 265NM of torque to offer. The gearbox would be optioned as a flappy-paddle, or stickshift, and would be either an 8-speed manual or 7-speed automatic. It uses an all new "laser-light" system incorporated into the front headlights, which lights the road ahead of you more than 700 meters. It also comes with an all new radio system, which uses a satellite system in order to pick up any radio station in a radius of 2000 miles. It also includes a better and enhanced interior quality, as the company discovered small flaws in the door vacuuming and interior plastics. The speedometer is now digital, with a small button to show the speed in miles per hour or kilometers per hour. It also has the "Welcome Home" system from the Drachma installed in, although the interior lighting would be lit aqua blue or bright orange instead of just white. Other interior options includes, push-start button, keyless entry, heated seats, rear passenger seat air conditioning, two USB 3.0 ports, SAT NAV, Bluetooth, and 10 airbags, including a score of 5-stars in the ASEAN NCAP and Euro NCAP. As for engine performance, the car does 0 to 100km/h in 8.9 seconds, and has a top speed of 205km/h. It would enter production in March 4th 2015, as it would celebrate the chairman's birthday too. It would be priced at RM360,470 in Malaysia, GBP65,040 in Britain, and USD100,440 in America.
