I would like to submit the 9th home design in my Bauhaus series. Heated floor space is right at 1,730 square feet. The design features formal symmetry and the home is focused around a cylindrical glassed in living area. This area should be aimed at the most spectacular vistas which will inspire the homeowner to find respite from a hard day at work. The design is made for a couple or small family. A separate bunkhouse could be added to the design to offer room for guests or two children. See my Bauhaus home #4 to download the bunkhouse. The formal layout of the home allows guests to enter a door of their choosing on either side of the cylindrical glass living area. The left most wing features a galley style kitchen. The center of the home, just outside the living area, features an eating bar where informal meals can be enjoyed. The right wing features a full bath, waterheater and washer and dryer.
At the rear of the home, separated by floor to ceiling bookcases, is the master suite with his and hers separate closet, toilet and sink, vanity and mirror. Central to the master bath is a large round walk in shower with wrap around curtain and large square rainhead.
Some landscaping has been incorporated in the design.
I would like to thank all of the fabulous sketchup artists whose work is featured in the design to add credibility and realism to the home. Set your camera "field of view" at 55 and take a casual walk-through with foot elevation set at 5' 5".
I hope you enjoy!
