Located near Tiitsi, Estonia, East-Europe, builded in 1979 as car factory. After soviet union collapsed in 1991, the site was abandoned from 1992 until 2003, when I buied it from the local regional goverment for 500 euros. With 6 fully automatic assembly lines (not included into model due to complexity) and electronics warehouse 42 square kilometers in size. During 2009 great estonian blackout this site was used as an emergency shelter after failed attempt to relocate a nuclear fusion generator to Tallinn that has a weight of 1500 metric tons and comes with 680 square meters of additional control equipment and 500 kilometers of wiring (in nearby substation building not included to model).
