Shelter 2.0 (Student Shelter at Tulane)

Shelter 2.0 (Student Shelter at Tulane)

Robert B.
Description
This is a student shelter designed for one or two students to be able to sleep and study in. It is slotted plywood and tarp construction which makes it affordable and easy to assemble. The concept is that these types of shelters can be designed and modified by students and then cut out on a Shopbot or other CNC in close proximity eliminating shipping. These shelters could also be used for the homeless or in the many tent cities popping up around the country.
