This is the former headquarters for Sierra On-Line (King's Quest, Space Quest, Quest for Glory).
From Ken Williams Blog:
"The "redwood building" was built for Sierra. I don't remember it being as late as 1985, but it may have been. My guess would have been closer to 1982."
Now this building is the Community Medical Center located on CA-41 near the entrance to Oakhurst.
