Tyrannosaurus rex

Tyrannosaurus rex

Birdman
Description
At 50 feet long when fully grown, Tyrannosaurus rex was the largest predator ever to roam the North American continent. This "King of the Dinosaurs" was the top predator of the late cretaceous period. It ranged from northern Mexico, north to Alaska. Animals from 6 foot long Thescelosaurs to 46 foot long Anatotitans fell into the list of prey for this mighty tyrant. And yet for all the hype about T. rex being a vicious beast, it had an incredibly strong family bonds. Pairs mated for life and the young were raised ovver the course of several years.
