SDSU Solberg Hall (SSO)

Joshua M.
The architecture of Solberg Hall is representative of the northern Italian mode of the second Renaissance Revival, popular between 1890-1920. A focal point of the building's design is an arcaded and recessed gallery, which serves as the entrance. In 2001 the already 102-year-old classroom building was renovated and returned to the Board of Regents at no cost to the state. Solberg Hall now houses classrooms, workshops, and several engineering laboratories.
