Museum Bluffs Riverside

Museum Bluffs Riverside

Chattanooga 3D
Museum Bluffs consists of two projects, the first of which is Riverside. Riverside is a twenty-six unti luxury condominium development designed by David Furman Architecture, that sits high atop the banks of the Tennessee River next to the Walnut Street Bridge. Residences range from 1,500 square feet to 4,000 square feet. Every unit has a large balcony overlooking the River and Appalachian Mountains. There is a forty-six car parking garage in the basement of the building, and two retail units that sit along the new First Street Steps Park. One unit will be a restaurant with patio dining and the other will be a retail shop. The project was in response to a city issued RFP, and resulted in a $19 million investment by Windsor/Aughtry Company. The projected was completed in September 2006 and is sold out. #Chattanooga #Chattanooga_3D #Museum_Bluffs #Riverside
