Marvel Theatres 30

Yoonshin M.
This is an awesome theater that has 30 auditoriums, 7 3D auditoriums, 2 XD SuperScreen auditoriums, a large refreshment stand, and an arcade. The XD SuperScreen auditoriums have Dolby Atmos sound, Real D 3D, Barco digital projectors, and for some films, an HFR projector. ''Furious 7'', ''Avengers: Age Of Ultron'', ''Mad Max: Fury Road'', ''Tomorrowland'', ''San Andreas'', ''Spy'', ''Jurassic World'', ''Inside Out'', ''Ted 2'', ''Terminator: Genisys'', ''Minions'', ''Ant-Man'', ''Pixels'', ''Mission: Impossible-Rogue Nation'', ''Fantastic 4'', ''Straight Outta Compton'', ''The Transporter: Refueled'', ''The Visit'', ''Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials'', ''Everest'', ''The Martian'', ''Goosebumps'', ''Crimson Peak'', ''The Last Witch Hunter'', ''Spectre'', ''The Hunger Games: Mockingjay: Part 2", ''Creed'', ''In The Heart of The Sea'', ''Star Wars: The Force Awakens'', ''The Revenant'', ''Ride Along 2'', ''13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Beghazi'', ''Kung Fu Panda 3'', ''The Finest Hours'', ''Deadpool'', ''Gods Of Egypt'', and ''Zootopia'' are examples of films that have been shown in the 2 XD SuperScreen auditoriums recently. The theater had a soft opening on May 1st, 2008, and then officially opened the following day, with ''Iron Man'' playing on 3 auditoriums in the theater. The theater was also known for being one of the first 15 theaters to introduce the XD SuperScreen format in late 2009. The theater's first XD SuperScreen auditorium opened on December 18th, 2009(it had a soft opening the previous day), and the first film that played in the XD SuperScreen auditorium was ''Avatar'', and all of the showings of the film were in 3D, which added to the massive screen. On that day, all of the XD SuperScreen 3D showings of ''Avatar'' were sold out, and made more money than the 2D version. XD SuperScreen was a huge sucess for Marvel Theatres, and for 3 months, ''Avatar'' was the only film that played in the XD SuperScreen auditorium, but after 3 months, when ''Avatar'' left the XD SuperScreen format, films like ''Alice In Wonderland'', ''How To Train Your Dragon'', ''Clash of The Titans'', ''Iron Man 2''(which was the first 2D film to be released in XD SuperScreen), ''Shrek Forever After'', ''Toy Story 3'', ''The Twilight Saga: Eclipse''(which was the second 2D film to be released in XD SuperScreen), ''Despicable Me'', and ''Inception''(which was the third 2D film to be released in XD SuperScreen) were all making huge numbers in the format, and Marvel Theatres wanted more. So, on May 4th, 2012(it had a soft opening the previous day), when ''The Avengers'' was released, the theater opened a second XD SuperScreen auditorium, and now, one XD SuperScreen auditorium could play only the 3D version, while the other XD SuperScreen auditorium can play only the 2D version. Either way, that day, all of the 2D and 3D XD SuperScreen showings of ''The Avengers'' were sold out, and the film soon became the most busiest film in the XD SuperScreen format, although ''Jurassic World'' and ''Star Wars: The Force Awakens'' later beat that record. The entire theater(as a whole, including the XD SuperScreen auditoriums) is extremely popular with the younger teenage crowd(although it is also very popular with families and adults as well), and since it is located in the Albreach Mills Mall in Los Angeles, which is also extremely popular with the teenage crowd, as it has 3 floors of shops(including GAP, Abcromble and Fitch, Old Navy, GameStop, FYE, Under Armour, Nike, Barnes and Noble, Microsoft Store, Disney Store, and many others.), and it's many restaurants.(The Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang's, Chili's, On The Border, California Pizza Kitchen, Golden Corral, McDonalds, Burger King(to be continued)
