The church of St John the Baptist in Stamford Bridge was built in 1868 as a chapel-of-ease in the parish of Catton with Stamford Bridge and Scoreby. It was designed by G. The chancel has a vestry on the northern side; there is a nave with central aisle and a porch also on the north side. #British #Christian #Christianity #Church #East_Yorkshire #England #Europe #G3FX #Great_Britain #Religion #St_John_the_Baptist #Stamford_Bridge #UK #York #Yorkshire
