Offices for Alumni Affairs and University Relations are located on the second floor of this facility. This historic home was built in 1890 by the City of St. Petersburg co-founder Col. John C. Williams, who has come to be known as the "father of St. Petersburg". This house was relocated to the campus and restored by the University in 1993.
