The Minimalist Beach Shelter has been created specifically for small southern pacific islands; its low, wide stance follows the motion of the island. The shelter utilizes spaced la yered wood planks to form its structure. This design allows constant flow of air to control temperature; while resisting wind entering the side and the front center. The structural members provide protection from rain by forcing water to run off.
