Stacked Columns - Boxes

Scotty
Shows (left to right) an assortment of items (stacked column 1). A subset of this original group is selected (stacked column 2) and moved to column 3. Additional items are added (2 items above stacked column 3), and this new stack becomes stacked column 4, which is identical to stacked column 5. This describes an ITIL v3 Service Catalog and Service Portfolio scenario, in which an organization has an assortment of services as their Service Portfolio(1). They offer a subset of those services as their Service Catalog (2), which a customer then obtains. The customer takes those services and adds any additional services native to their environment (3), combined them (4) to become their Service Catalog for their users. Column 5 represents the end users' "Menu of Services". #ITIL #Service_Catalog #Service_Catalogue #Service_Portfolio #v3
