This was a small rodent habitat I designed to be built from an old L-desk the leg snapped off while moving. I cut the damage off the legs, as well as to the appropriate size for the two outer walls. Then fastened them to the repositioned back panel that originally hid cords, it's a fairly easy build. The hardest part was finding the acrylic panels for the doors and bedding barrier, as well as how to install them so they wouldn't eventually wear down too much. The slots on the sides and the top are for an add on that I wanted to be able to remove and replace with ease. Those are totally optional.
