Here's a Craftsman-style detached patio home -- a staple of any PUD or cluster development in the Northeastern and Midwestern United States. This house has a great room, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a master suite, 9'/2.75 m ceilings on the ground floor, a large front porch, a full basement with 8'/2.5 m ceilings, and a 2 car attached garage.
This is an example of what planners call "four-sided design" - architectural details and fenestration are more-or-less consistent on all sides. The design should comply with anti-snout house regulations. The garage is front loading, but it's on the same wall plane as the rest of the front facade, and it's bay width is less than than 50% of the overall facade width. Masonry cladding wraps around to the neighboring wall.
I made this model for form-based zoning code illustration. All elevations are detailed, and there's interior floors, walls, ceilings, stairwells, and stairs. Sorry, but you won't find interior detail work like molding, kitchen cabinets, appliances, or interior doors.
