I am the proud owner of this 'Apple Honey' chair, designed by Shiro Kuramata. I'll buy this chair in Rotterdam around 1987! The Shiro Kuramata 'Apple Honey' chair was produced by XO in 1985 and by Pastoe in 1986. Inspired by the bright color and playful aesthetic of Italian designer Ettore Sottsass, Shiro Kuramata become one of the founding members of Sottsass' design collective Memphis design Group in 1981.
