Citizens Bank: White River Junction Branch

Citizens Bank: White River Junction Branch

Creating Hartford
The Citizens Bank building was originally Timmons Gas Station, which provided gas for the town and novelties until it unfortunately burned down. After the clean up and resurrection of a new building in its place it became Marble Bank in 1974-1975. After a year and a half Marble Bank transferred to Albank. AlBank continued to remain the primary bank for that building until May 13, 2005 when it switched to the now Citizens Bank. Citizens Bank continues today, to be one of the main banks for the Town of Hartford and the Upper Valley. In the parking lot behind the bank in the beginning when it was Timmons Gas Station there was a little fair that included tents, rides, and lots of food vendors.
