Berkeley Springs Water Pyramid - West Virginia

Berkeley Springs Water Pyramid - West Virginia

Conexão Brasil
This is a mock up of what a new 5 lane, 25 yard lap pool with a side exercise pool might look like with a grass and water spring covering. There is a spring water pumped to the top of the water pyramid which feeds back down into the stream. The pyramid sides are grass so that families or individuals could sit outside and watch live music at the gazebo or by the baths. The pool is to scale, the park is not to scale. The pyramid becomes the roof support structure for the pool. The pool is heated geothermally and the wading pool on top of the pyramid is glass so that you can see the swimming pool below. People in the pool can see waders suspended above them. The grass sides allow the pyramid to blend in while insulating the air below. The pool is five lanes, each 4 feet wide and there are bleachers for swim meets. The shallow end is about 3.6 feet deep and the deep end is about 10 feet deep. Pool is 75 feet long and 21'8" across. The side pool measures 25' by 15' and is 3' deep. You cannot see the pool unless you swing below the surface and zoom in. This idea is just for modeling sake and would need park measurements to build in actual scale.
