This model was designed by a group of students for the Build Your Campus Competition. The Truck Driving and Transportation and Safety Training classes have been offered at this site since the late 70's, but the range was gravel until the late 80's, when it was black-topped. In 1992 the office and classroom building was completed and provided a permanent home for the semi, bus, and other large vehicle courses that Kirkwood provides. #Campus #Cedar_Rapids #College #Iowa #Kirkwood
