Bank of America Financial Center

With a height of 288 feet, the 20-story Bank of America Financial Center is the tallest building in Spokane, Washington. The modernist, curtain-wall facade building was developed in the early 1980's (opened in 1981) as part of a bundled transaction with Seafirst Bank's Fifth Avenue Plaza Building in Seattle. The building offers sweeping views of Riverfront Park and is part of Downtown Spokane's 15-block skywalk system. As a result, it is directly connected to an adjacent parking garage, shopping, dining, public transportation right across the street (STA Plaza), and other office spaces. In 2003, the building was acquired by Seattle, Washington-based Unico Properties who have since made a significant amount of capital improvements including elevator upgrades and a brand new plaza outside the main doors. Green efforts have also allowed the building to become Energy Star certified. #Downtown_Spokane #Spokane #Unico_Properties #Washington
