Gates Rubber Factory

Gates Rubber Factory

Camelot
The Gates rubber factory is a patchwork of largely industrial buildings that have adapted their use through time as production demands have changed. In 1911 the original building that housed the Colorado Tire and Leather Company was sold to Charles Gates senior. As the Gates Corporation grew the square footage needed to house it's factory, shipping and administrative needs also grew. In total the gates factory grounds cover 24 acres and the multiple buildings spanning the site served all the needs of a large goods production corporation. Currently the entire site is abandoned and is in the early processes of redevelopment. Model created by Nathan Kohrmann. #Broadway #CO #Colorado #Denver #Factory #Gates #Headquarters #Industrial #Mixed_Use #Redevelopment #Rubber
