Great Portland Street Underground station (surface building)

Simon W.
Great Portland Street is a stop on the oldest underground railway line in the world, the original Metropolitan from Farringdon to Paddington. Between opening in 1863 and 1917 it was called 'Portland Road'. It serves the north of Fitzrovia and Euston Rd on the Hammersmith & City, Circle and Metropolitan lines. Regent's Park station on the Bakerloo Line is only a few hundred feet away to the west. #great_portland_street #London #station #tube #underground
