Oslo Wall Design Kurt Nørregaard Key features - Custom designed for office landscape in Oslo, Norway - Provides general indirect illumination - Optimal illumination for spaces with multiple computer monitors Concept Oslo Wall creates indirect illumination and produces a visually comfortable ambience as a result of light being emitted between the shades. The lighting characteristics make it ideal for accent illumination. Finish Aluminum, brushed and lacquered. White, wet painted. Story behind the product Oslo Pendant and Wall were originally created as a custom design solution for an insurance company, “Gjensidige”, in Oslo, Norway. The idea was to provide an office landscape that had many computer monitors scattered all over the room, with an indirect illumination - while still creating brilliance on the surfaces and counteracting the experience of the “dead” surfaces often seen in 100% indirect lighting solutions.
