Old Post Office Building

Old Post Office Building

John S.
The original Scottsbluff Post Office Building, built by Bernard R. DesJardins Construction Company of Denver, Colorado, was constructed between May, 1930 and June, 1931 and still stands today as one of the major landmarks in Scottsbluff, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Upon the completion of the new Post Office Facility, The United States Postal Service vacated the building on September 13, 1987. In August 1988, John Baker purchased the building and renovated it into office space for Baker & Associates engineering firm. The building currently also houses the offices of Studio 120 Architecture, and Western Nebraska Claims Service. #architecture #baker #baker__associates #engineering #historic #landmark #office #post #post_office #Scottsbluff #studio_120
