Island tresure is a 165 yard, downhill par- 3 that overlooks the stunning San Francisco Bay and Golden Gate Bridge. This extreme golf hole is located just minutes from the heart of San Francisco, coming from the Bay Bridge that passes through the island. Some of the featured dynamics of this hole include the afternoon wind prevailing from the ocean requiring the golfer to play his shot out over the water to hit the green. Also, from the championship tee, a road is in play, and golfers must avoid the right side of the hole as well as the left. From the blue tees, this hole plays 110 yards,105 yards from the whites, and 95 yards from the red, or forward tees. This hole requires a precise tee shot, because any ball that is short and left of the hole has a good chance of finding the water.
