A total pain to make... from 13/02 to 19/02, six days from start to finish, perhaps too much, but I ain't no architect, ain't got the intellect, you know how the song goes.
So this is the Royal Palace of the Fire Nation (or at least comes close to be that) from the universe of Avatar The Last Airbender, it's where the Firelord lives, located in the center of the caldera of a volcano. In spite of being the headquarters of evil during the Hundred Years War, the building itself is very "flamboyant", perhaps the most out there if you ignore the Air Temples and the Phoenix King ridiculous attire.
It's a real shame that we saw more of Ba Sing Se in the last episodes of Book Two than "Caldera City" in all of Book Three. Moreover, one would expect that, since the Fire Nation is the most powerful nation in the world, its capital would look better than the Upper Ring, but that didn't seem to be the case. That is why so much effort was put into this, and this won't be my last Fire Nation building, in fact, there're still many interesting buildings to be made, like Mai's house and the Comet-Enhanced Agni Kai courtyard.
And least, but not last, thank you, Elsa Garagarza for designing my favourite building in the series.
To do list:
-Too many, too much... Polygons! They must go.
-Texture the monster.
