Four large, nearly identical quarters were built in 1885 on the Presidio’s Officers’ Row to house the post’s highest ranking officials and their families. Constructed in the Queen Anne architectural style, these five-bedroom homes have been fully updated to include contemporary conveniences, including new kitchens and bathrooms. Surrounded by beautiful historic landscaping, the homes are located at the intersection of Funston Avenue and Presidio Boulevard on the Presidio’s Main Post, the cultural center of the park. Funston Avenue remains the oldest intact streetscape in San Francisco. Modeled with Building Maker.
