Second series (from 2013)
The 10 euro banknote is one of the seven cuts of euro banknotes and the second one in increasing order of value. It is used since the introduction of the euro in 2002 and is currently in circulation in 25 countries: 23 eurozone members (19 members and 4 micro-states contracted for the use of the euro) that use the euro as a single currency 2 that use the euro unilaterally (Montenegro and Kosovo). This banknote is therefore used by 337 million citizens.
Even in dimensional terms, the 10 euro note is the second in the ascending order of the euro banknotes. On the right is a portal and a bridge, both of which are related to Romanesque architecture.
The banknote has many security features (such as the use of watermark, embossed prints, holograms, and micro-prints) that allow you to easily recognize the banknote's authenticity.
