The pinnacle of Imperial German technical innovation in attack craft development the Jagduhu (Hunting Owl) with a crew of 4 are packed with 5th generation systems and advanced weapons. A vey narrow profile makes it hard enough to hit in the first place in addition to which it carries 5 AI drones that can separate from the host ship and project a holographic image of additional attacking craft along with transmitting the same lydar signature as the mother ship, these features cause havoic with even the most advanced defence system. The top gattling turret is used to intercept incoming fire using a high density round sheathed in a alternating wavelength laser bolt that disrupts the wave energy of incoming laser fire while the round further depletes the laser energy by being burned up by it. A missile or sold round is defeated physically by both the laser and the defence round. Carrying a huge centreline Krupp A7e Super heavy Argon laser and twin torpedo launchers with 8 rounds each the Owl is a formidable attack craft. The tail end hosts a battery of flare, chaff and mine launchers while a rapid fire laser turret guards the rear underside. Loved by their crews because of their armament and performance they are also disliked because it’s quite cramped inside and has lead to the nickname “The Flying Suitcase” This ones been a long while coming, drew it years ago on my sketch pad but didn’t have the nerve to try and pull it off. I think it turned out ok. #Andywerk #Blohm #Henschel #HsS329 #Voss
