This is a split-level off grid tiny house. The living/dining area is a step up from the kitchen/bathroom/closet level. There is also a bed loft above the lower level. This house is intended for off grid use, so there is a composting toilet and a roof with solar panels. The split level basically gives more storage underneath the dining area for plumbing/electricity needs. I didn't know exactly how much room was needed, so I made that whole area a different level, but it can be changed depending on how much space you need.
