Water Pollution Water is a very important resource. Humans use it for a variety of purposes, including drinking, recreation, irrigation, and washing. It has long been used as a symbol for purity and cleanliness. Water is essential for life as we know it. But what happens when we pollute our water? This exhibit showcases water pollution and its effects in North America. The aquarium on the left is clean and teeming with life. The aquarium on the right is the same place, but has been polluted by humans. It is now murky with dangerous chemicals and filled with debris. Most forms of life have died out. These aquariums represent the water of North America. If we do not reduce our water pollution, all of our water will end up like this. Not only will we destroy many ecosystems, but we will also impact ourselves. There will be no more clean water for drinking, fishing, or recreation. We have to protect our water. We affect our water, but our water also affects us. Humanity has already destroyed much of the aquatic ecosystem, but the damage can be stopped before it's too late. If we act now, the effects can be reversed. #Aquarium #Factory #Fish #Fishtank #Museum #Pollution #Seaweed #Virtual
