Reid House - Browns Adddition, Spokane, Washington

Ron Hall 76
The Reid House is a landmark example of the Craftsman style, with Tudor Revival influence. Built in 1900 and designed by prominent Spokane architect Albert Held, the Reid House is one of the oldest and best preserved homes in Browne's Addition. The house has at different times been home to four of Spokane's most prominent families: early pioneer banker Aaron Kuhn and his wife Leah; noted physician and surgeon Dr. Peter Reid and his wife Jean; and Dr. Robert Reid, Jean and Peter's son. It is currently proudly owned and lovingly cared for by Rick and Julie Biggerstaff - who are active members of Spokane Preservation Advocates. #Biggerstaff #City_of_Spokane #Craftsman #Historic_preservation #Spokane #Tudor
