Provenance: John Haley (Quaker blacksmith, farmer, and community leader) and Phoebe Haley, first owner | Architectural Note: The home features brickwork of glazed headers, as well as a gable plaque with the year of construction and the Haleys' initials. The building was restored around 1970. | Historical Note: The home is the oldest brick house built for local Quakers, as well as one of the oldest brick houses in the Piedmont.
