This red brick residence is classified as the Pennsylvania Four over Four architectural style. Typified by two stories and five bays, it is two rooms deep with a simple square shape. At two and a half stories, it has a low-hipped, pyramidal roof with deep overhang, central dormer, simple one-over-one windows and solid brick work. There are few exterior details, in keeping with the style. It was most likely erected in the late 19th century when the town was exhibiting successful growth. This house is a contributing structure to the Rebersburg National Register District which was established in 1979. This model represents the original brick structure and does not include a later addition to the rear of the building which is covered in modern white siding. The rear portion of the building was left out due to a lack of public access, thus the rear facade of the model has been fabricated. #Historic_District #Pennsylvania #Rebersburg #residence
