110 N. Main St. is a 20 story office tower located across 2nd Street from the Kettering Tower in Downtown Dayton. The building is an interesting example of Postmodern architecture. It has a granite facade with 8 corner windows per floor. The dark upper part of the middle facade is that color, it isn't a dicoloration from an image. This tower is about 328 feet tall, and is the fifth tallest structure in the city. The building is no longer occupied by Fifth Third, as it moved to One Dayton Centre. The building currently is occupied by Premier Health Partners and is serving as their corporate headquarters. This building was built in 1989. This model was rather entertaining to build. I had no clue how high the occupied floors went in the building, so I used the basic height dimension from Emporis.com and modeled the height using the building's shadow in Google Earth and the shadow feature in SketchUp to estimate it. It worked, and produced a good model. #110_N_Main_St #2nd_Street #Downtown_Dayton #Postmodern #Second_Street
