Buffalo Central Terminal

wyliepoon
Buffalo Central Terminal is a disused Art Deco-styled grand railway terminal located in Buffalo, New York. Designed by architects Fellheimer & Wagner, the terminal incorporates a 58-ft high Main Concourse hall and a 17-storey office tower. The Central Terminal served as Buffalo's railway station between 1929 and 1979, after which the terminal was abandoned. Today the terminal is owned by the Central Terminal Restoration Corporation, which seeks to restore the terminal and to attract future redevelopment. #architecture #art #buffalo #central #deco #new #railroad #railway #skyscraper #station #terminal #tower #train #transportation #york
