Heceta Head and Umpqua River Lights were built at the same time, around 1892, from the same plans. Virtually identical, only the lanterns and locations are different. Heceta Head Light : Flash white, 10 seconds Umpqua River Light : Group Flash White, Alternate Red Flash, 15 sec. 2 W., 1 R Flashes This model, Heceta Head, was rendered using historical architectural plans found on Lighthouse Research Catalog https://archives.uslhs.org/ The model dimensions can vary about +-2 inches, mainly due to reading poor copies of the plans which made it difficult to resolve the dimensions, so I eyeballed a guess. Stairways, landings and other interior details incomplete, mainly because I have trouble drawing spiral staircases. From Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia to Split Rock, Minnesota and many harbour lights, even lighthouses not lighthouses, like Terrace Bay Lighthouse, Ontario. Nearly 100 lighthouses visited and many more missed. West Coast Oregon Lighthouses are on my bucket list.
