This is the Schönherz Dormitory of the Budapest Technical University, in Budapest, Hungary. Capacity: ~1000 persons, floors: 18. The building is populated with the students of the Informatics & electrical engineering faculty. The place is famous of it's great traditions and student's life.
In summer it also features as a youth hostel. The southern face is occosionally used for a special light show.
