V2 Airlines (2012 [FICTIONAL]) - Airbus A319-112

AirbusA330
This model is in memory of the 121 people who perished on Saturday, in V2's first fatal crash in our 55 years of service (remember, this is purely fictional.). This jet, N4194V, was a 3-month old A319-100, one of 28 A319's delivered in January 2012. On the 21st of April, N4194V, operating Flight 920 to Cleveland Hopkins Airport, crashed outside of Atlanta, Georgia, killing all 112 passengers and crew onboard, plus 9 on the ground. According to NTSB investigators, most of the tailfin was found 1 mile away on the roof of a house. This was caused when another object struck the tailfin, slicing it off. This object was confirmed to be an American Airlines Boeing 757-200W; the AA 757's wingtip was found near the tailfin of N4194V. Reports say the 757 safely landed at Atlanta, with no further loss of life. The A319's last moments were viewed by a few witnesses, who all claim the A319 was in an uncontrollable spinning corkscrew dive in its last seconds. The A319, 25 seconds after the collision, crashed into a residential area outside of Atlanta. More details will come periodically...RIP to the victims of this unfortunate tragedy...thanks to WilliamT. #100 #112 #920 #A319 #Airbus #Airlines #crash #Flight #N4194V #RIP #V2
