This is another one of the parking houses. You have a nice little outdoors area that takes up one parking space. There is a seating area and a small grill, with some planter space. Then you enter into the little kitchen/dining area with a small cabinet. There is a small bathroom with a toilet and shower, and a twin bed with a large wardrobe.
