Something I designed a while ago for another business. The building is real, part of a row of units in an industrial park. The business, only Wile E. Coyote could love, and orders from, but never reads the fine print. Displayed as a warehouse with office on the second level mezzanine. I over-did the fixtures a bit, you'd think. There are washrooms and a kitchenette. A good sized boardroom to hash over design layouts, with space for models and plenty of file space. The office has a row of telemarketer cubicles. The rear of the building and lighting were never completed. The real place has one drive in loading bay and another loading dock with overhead door, dock leveller and dock shelter. No roof to allow a top view of the floor space. I thought that a property master would be a good choice of business for this design layout.
