My models: various North American residential and mixed use buildingsDan T.
These are models I made, mostly in my spare time, for graphics in conventional and form-based zoning regulations. They're clean, simple, correctly proportioned, and properly scaled. All models have 360 degree/four sided design. No snout houses. Architecture generally reflects the design language of the Northeast / Great Lakes region in the United States, and much of Canada, but nothing too out of place for the Midwest, Southeast, or Northwest US either. You'd probably need to swap out the windows and remove textures to use them in large-scale massing models. These models use foot/inch measurement, because it's still the norm for building materials, standard window/door/framing components, and small-scale residential/commercial construction in in the United States and Canada. Sorry, metric modelers :(
